This 32k route from the Cambie Running Room meanders southwest to the Southlands for a selfie on the edge of Deering Island Park before following trails almost exclusively back north to Spanish Banks. Runners follow the beaches and Point Grey Road back to Kits Point and past Granville Island before cutting up through Charleson Park and back to the store. As an added bonus, check out the newly-cleared and newly-paved Arbutus rail corridor super speedway on the way south!
