Pacing

I have been a regular Running Room marathon Pace Rabbit since 2012 and have paced individual runners for all or portions of races up to 100 miles.

In 2013, I led 3:00, 3:15, 3:30 and 3:45 marathon pace groups to complete the elusive Three-Hour Pacing Quadfecta, and in 2015, led the 3:00 group in Kelowna to cap off the Okanagan Marathon Three-Hour Sequential Pacing Quad that began with the 3:45 group at the 2012 race.
