Located just over two kilometres from the starting line of the BMO Vancouver Marathon, the Cambie Running Room is well-situated as a jumping-off point for scouting the Vancouver Marathon course. The Best You Cambie 19k covers two sections of the full marathon course: 5.6 kilometres starting at the 0.5k mark of the marathon at Cambie and 29th Ave to 49th Ave and Larch; and 2.3 kilometres from around the 26.6k mark at MacDonald St and Point Grey Road around Kits Point to Whyte Ave (or bump it up to 2.6 kilometres with the alternative to Cornwall and Burrard).
