Vancouver’s Arbutus Corridor is home to a lot of great runnable hills so why not run them all? Greg scoured the depths of the known world to unleash the Tentacles, a beastly pair of routes which dive deep into the hills of the Arbutus corridor and beyond for 15 or 27 kilometres. It’s a tentacular spectacular of epic proportions! Release the Kraken!

WEST on 7th Ave — LEFT on Fir St — cross 16th and veer LEFT and then RIGHT on Marpole Ave — RIGHT on Angus Dr — RIGHT on King Ed Ave — turn around at Dunbar St and follow King Ed back to Angus — RIGHT on Angus — RIGHT on Nanton Ave — turn around at Arbutus St and climb up Nanton — RIGHT on Angus — RIGHT on 29th Ave — cross the Arbutus Greenway and continue on road with Quilchena Park on your left — LEFT on Magnolia St — RIGHT on 30th Ave — RIGHT on Valley Drive — turn around at Arbutus and follow the same way back to Angus — RIGHT on 33rd Ave — turn around at Dunbar and follow the same way back to Arbutus — RIGHT on Arbutus — LEFT on 37th Ave — LEFT on Ontario — LEFT on 33rd Ave and follow road to Lions Clock at the top of Queen E Park — turn around and follow road back to 33rd — LEFT on Ontario — LEFT on 7th
