NORTH over Cambie Bridge — down spiral bike ramp to Pacific Ave — WEST on Pacific — LEFT on Richards — RIGHT on Beach Cr to Beach Ave — follow Beach Ave into Stanley Park — get onto path on right side of Beach after intersection with Lagoon Dr — RIGHT onto divided path through Ceperley Meadow toward Lost Lagoon — LEFT and cross the stone bridge — RIGHT on N Lagoon Dr — LEFT onto Cathedral Trail — merge LEFT onto Bridle Path — RIGHT onto Prospect Point Trail to Prospect Point concession — after concession go RIGHT and downhill staying right to access near side of Lions Gate Bridge — LEFT onto Lions Gate Bridge — LEFT on north side of bridge and cross Capilano River bridge — LEFT onto path through trees and down to Capilano PacificTrail — RIGHT on Capilano Pacific Trail to Ambleside Beach path — LEFT on Argyle Ave — LEFT on 18th St — RIGHT on Centennial Seawalk Path to Dundarave Pier — turn around and retrace steps back to Cathedral Trail in Stanley Park — cross stone bridge and go straight on divided path — pass the entrance and exit to the Rhododendron Garden — RIGHT on paved path (approx 300m from stone bridge) — cross Lagoon Dr and continue to Park Lane — RIGHT on Park Lane (tennis courts should be on your right) — LEFT onto Beach Ave — follow Beach Ave to Beach Crescent — LEFT on Richards — RIGHT on Pacific — up spiral ramp and cross Cambie Bridge to 7th Ave
Add-ons For 32k
On the way out, add 0.5 km: Follow Beach Avenue and take path to the left of Beach Ave just before Stanley Park — as Beach veers right, follow path straight and down to Seawall at Second Beach — go clockwise around Second Beach Pool and follow path back toward the concession — LEFT on path and cross Stanley Park Drive — STRAIGHT on Bridle Path
On the way back, add 2.5 km: Instead of crossing the Cambie Bridge, continue on Pacific Ave past the bridge — RIGHT onto Quebec — RIGHT onto Seawall after Science World — LEFT onto Ontario — RIGHT on Broadway — RIGHT on Yukon — LEFT on 7th Ave
