Not too happy about how the hip felt after yesterday’s 25k, but it feels like it’s bounced back so maybe it had something to do with taking a few days off for Xmas and to try to get over this cold. Haven’t popped any Purica Recovery capsules in that time either. Back on the usual 3 caps x 2 today.
