Mid-Section Jab 25k map
The Mid-Section Jab is a punchy 25-kilometre route that drops you right in the middle of the BMO Vancouver Marathon course. The Jab follows the course from the 12k mark at Imperial and 16th, around the University of British Columbia and down the Spanish Banks hill. The Jab leaves the course at the race’s 25k mark at Alma and makes a bee-line back to Cambie via 6th and 7th Avenues. The slightly longer option stays on course at Alma for another four kilometres and includes Kits Point before exiting the ring at Burrard. For the full marathon experience, throw in the right-left Blanca out-and-back combo to add another kilometre.
