Edwin’s 2011 BMO Vancouver Marathon Viewers Guide

Last year, one of my marathon clinic members, Edwin Kwong, put together an Excel spreadsheet ‘viewers guide’ for his friends and family to use to help them estimate kilometre-by-kilometre where he would be during the BMO Vancouver Marathon. He’s improved it this year and generously offered it up again for others to use.
